Students and alumni came together for a special opportunity that enabled current Chargers to practice their networking skills while building relationships with alumni who are excelling in their careers.
This special edition spotlights our seventh president, Jens Frederiksen, Ph.D., and his plans to usher in a new era for the University of New Haven.
Half a dozen juniors and seniors of various majors were recently recognized as part of the UniversityÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ™s Hatfield Scholars program. The prestigious honor recognizes studentsÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ™ service, commitment to the Charger community, and academic achievements.
Homecoming 2023: #TheBlueout was about friends, food, and football ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ“ and so much more. It was a fun and meaningful way for Chargers to reconnect with former classmates, make new friends, and celebrate what brings them all together: a shared sense of pride for being a Charger.
More than a dozen students took part in the UniversityÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ™s Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship program, conducting impactful faculty-mentored research, gaining hands-on experience, and presenting their work to the University community.
While giving back over the summer as part of the UniversityÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ™s PresidentÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ™s Public Service Fellowship, several Chargers connected with and supported the local community while also developing their own skills and appreciation of the impact of public service.
