About Natalie
Natalie Criniti is a Career Advisor for the Career Development Center and focuses on highlighting studentsÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ™ strengths to support their internship and career decisions. She has the goal of ensuring all students feel supported as they learn to navigate their career options during and after their time at the University of New Haven. Natalie uses a person-centered approach by addressing individuals as people first, followed by students second. Natalie is looking forward to establishing new and creative career related programs and workshops for students to attend! As a firstÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ“generation college graduate, Natalie takes pride in preparing those entering the professional setting, with both tangible resources and confidence, especially those from under-represented and diverse populations.
Natalie began her career in Higher Education as an Assistance Residence Coordinator at the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT, where she oversaw a first-year residential hall and supervised a team of Resident Assistants (RAs). She is also a certified Connecticut K-12 School Counselor.
Natalie is from New Britain, CT and is the oldest of four sisters. She enjoys practicing self-care by spending time with family, friends and her Boston Terrier, Carlos.
