Ophelie Rowe Allen has been in Student Affairs for 15 years. Prior to joining the University in July 2020, she was Associate Dean and Director of Residence Life for more than ten years at Fairfield University. She has also been the Director of Student Diversity and Multicultural Affairs at Fairfield. She has led many key initiatives such as the developing residential living and learning programs including the Sophomore Residential College at Fairfield. OphelieÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ™s main interests are on staff development and creating holistic approaches for student success focusing on equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
