About Thomas

Thomas Shokite is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the University of New Haven where he has taught since 1992. He teaches in the computer science program both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In addition he has been employed at The Hartford insurance company since 2004 and is currently a Senior IT Engineer in the Infrastructure department (Formerly Chief Technology Office). He is the Product Manager responsible for enterprise Virtual Services where he also teaches Virtual Services and Services Oriented Architecture to company employees and vendor partners. Previous to that he worked as a Principle Software Architect at Pitney Bowes in Shelton, CT.
