As part of the , a University-wide committee identified seven employee Core Competencies that support the UniversityӰԭs mission and its values; measure the successful and effective performance of all employees of the University of New Haven; and guide the evaluation and performance management process and goal-setting activities.

Hiring and Staffing (Managers Only)
