About Reena Kelly

Reena Kelly has worked in the healthcare industry in the clinical, administrative, and research fields for over 15 years. She was in private clinical practice as a dental surgeon in India for over 8 years before getting her Master's in Health Administration (MHA) and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Immediately after, Reena worked within the healthcare industry in healthcare provider staffing and management, and then returned to graduate school to get her Ph.D. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her work has been published in several academic journals and her research and teaching interests lie in the area of strategic management and organizational behavior in healthcare organizations.
