Chapter 33: Post-9/11 GI Bill®

Chapter 31: Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E): Formerly called Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment
Assists Veterans or service members who have a disability that was caused, or made worse, by the individualÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ™s active duty service and the disability limits that individualÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ™s ability to work or prevents them from working. The VR&E program offers employment support or services to help individuals live as independently as possible. Chapter 35: SurvivorsÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ™ & Dependents Educational Assistance (DEA)
Helps pay for school or job training to eligible dependents or the spouse of a Veteran or service member who has died while on active duty or as a result of a service-connected disability, or who is missing in action or was captured in the line of duty by a hostile force, or who is permanently and totally disabled due to a service-connected disability. Chapter 30: Montgomery GI Bill®-Active Duty (MGIB-AD)

Chapter 1606: Montgomery GI Bill® Selective Reserve (MGIB-SR)
Provides education and training benefits to eligible members of the Selected Reserve, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps or Coast Guard Reserve, Army National Guard or Air National Guard. Chapter 32: Post-Vietnam Era VeteransÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ™ Educational Assistance Program (VEAP)
A government match program for educational assistance that is for individuals who entered service for the first time between January 1, 1977 and June 30, 1985 who made contributions into a VEAP account.
