The requirements for officially withdrawing from the university are as follows: Undergraduate students desiring to withdraw from the University must complete and submit a University Withdrawal form (available online, or from the Center for Student Success or University RegistrarÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ™s Office), and notify each of their instructors. It is the student's obligation to complete this formal procedure. Failure to do so leaves the student liable for all of the current semester's tuition and fees and may result in grades of F being assigned in courses.
